This was our second time to walk this walk. Our first was four and a half years ago with our greyhound mix. My heart aches for you as I know how difficult this is. I know how lonely and frightening it can be, and how difficult it can be to function in the "real" world when someone you value greatly is struggling, and not everyone can give your feelings credibility because it is "just a dog".
