Lure Coursing Pics!

Here are some pictures from Primo’s (Da Big Guy) first – and probably only – outing on the lure coursing field. He sprained a toe pretty badly on his first run, so I just don’t think he has the feet to handle lure coursing. Perhaps we’ll let him try some NOTRA racing down in Jacksonville in the future…until then, I’ll enjoy these pics of him in motion!

At the line – this was the Inaugural Stakes of the newly formed NLCC (National Lure Coursing Club). The NLCC runs dogs in traditional collars of red or white, instead of the blue, yellow or pink blankets of AKC or ASFA.

In full flight! He was only a few weeks off the track, so he’s still sporting his nakey hiney.

And here he is coming in to the bunnies…
